2. Services Description

Page Lagoonway prepares offline wallet succession briefing files, conducts document reviews, and facilitates family representative orientation sessions. We are document preparation specialists. We do not provide legal, tax, investment, or financial advisory services.

3. Engagement Terms

Service engagements are confirmed in writing with a scope description and fee estimate. A deposit may be required before work commences. Final fees are due upon delivery of completed materials unless otherwise agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information during sessions and to review draft materials carefully before approval. You are responsible for informing us of changes to accounts, properties, or representatives that occur after delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

Briefing files prepared for you become your property upon full payment. Our index format, templates, and internal procedures remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce our templates for commercial distribution.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and store physical materials in secured cabinets. We do not sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy for data handling details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Page Lagoonway Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee that briefing files will prevent disputes among family members or ensure uninterrupted access to financial institutions.

8. Website Use

You may not use this website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or scrape content without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wonju, Gangwon Province.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
