Family Representative Orientation

Why Orientation Matters

A well-prepared binder only helps if your representative knows it exists and understands how to navigate it. Many families discover briefing files months after they were prepared, buried in a closet or unknown to the person who needs them most.

Session Structure

Your designated representative attends a ninety-minute session at our Wonju office. With your permission, we walk through each section of the briefing file, explain the action sequence, and answer questions about contacting institutions or locating stored items.

You may attend the session or allow your representative to come alone — whichever supports open conversation in your family.

Prerequisites

This service requires an existing briefing file, whether prepared by Page Lagoonway or assembled independently. If significant gaps exist, we recommend beginning with a Document Review Session.

Next Step

Schedule an orientation and tell us who will attend.
