Refund Policy

Effective date: 1 January 2025

Overview

This policy applies to wallet succession briefing file services, document review sessions, and family representative orientations provided by Page Lagoonway Co., Ltd.

Deposit Refunds

If you cancel before any working session has commenced, your deposit is refunded in full within fourteen business days, minus any bank transfer fees.

If you cancel after the first session has taken place, the deposit is non-refundable. Work completed to that point is charged at the applicable hourly rate and deducted from any remaining balance.

Full Engagement Cancellation

Cancellations made after two or more sessions are charged for all sessions completed plus a cancellation fee of fifteen percent of the remaining quoted balance to cover scheduling and material preparation.

Document Review Sessions

Cancellations with more than forty-eight hours’ notice receive a full refund. Cancellations within forty-eight hours forfeit fifty percent of the session fee. No-shows are charged the full session fee.

Family Representative Orientation

Cancellations with more than forty-eight hours’ notice receive a full refund. Rescheduling is free once; subsequent reschedules incur a ₩40,000 administrative fee.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable once delivered:

• Completed and bound briefing files that you have approved
• Written gap analysis reports from document review sessions
• Printed materials, binding supplies, and postage
• Home visit travel fees once the visit has occurred

Partial Refunds

If we fail to deliver a service as described in your written engagement letter, you may be eligible for a partial refund proportional to undelivered work. This does not apply when delays result from your failure to provide requested documents or attend scheduled sessions.

Expedited Service Fees

Expedited delivery surcharges are non-refundable once rush scheduling has been confirmed with our staff.

Refund Process

Submit refund requests to hello@page-lagoonway.click with your name, engagement date, and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within fourteen business days.

Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled once without charge if requested at least twenty-four hours in advance. Repeated rescheduling may incur a ₩30,000 fee per occurrence.

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, contact us to discuss. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law provisions in our Terms of Service.
