How Page Lagoonway prepares wallet succession briefing files from first consultation to representative handover.
From Scattered Records to a Usable Binder
Preparing a wallet succession briefing file follows a defined sequence. Each stage exists because we have seen families struggle when steps were skipped — particularly draft review and representative orientation.
Scope Conversation
You describe what records exist today: bank books, insurance folders, property deeds, keys, and any prior lists. We estimate session count and provide a written fee quote. This conversation can happen by phone or in person at our Wonju office.
Collection & Photography
During working sessions, you bring materials or we visit your home within Gangwon Province. Jae-wook photographs keys, cards, and storage locations. Soo-yeon types inventory pages while you confirm each entry aloud.
Draft Assembly
We organise sections into a provisional binder: account inventory, access instructions, contact directory, action sequence, and document copies. You take the draft home and mark corrections in the margins.
Binding & Delivery
After you approve the draft, we print final pages, insert numbered sleeves, and bind the file with a laminated index card on top. The binder is handed to you directly — we do not retain copies unless you request a sealed duplicate for our vault.
Representative Orientation
Your designated contact attends a guided walkthrough. We explain how to read the index, which institutions to contact first, and where physical items are stored. This step is optional but strongly recommended.
Timeline
Most standard briefing files are completed within four to six weeks, assuming you can attend sessions every seven to ten days. Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee when circumstances require it.
