Registered Business

Page Lagoonway Co., Ltd. is the official registered business name under which we operate. We were established in 2019 in Wonju, Gangwon Province, to address a gap we observed repeatedly: families with adequate resources but inadequate written records when a crisis arrived.

How We Began

Our founder, Soo-yeon Han, spent twelve years as an administrative coordinator at a regional law office. She watched executors arrive with shoeboxes of unsorted papers, siblings arguing over which bank held the savings account, and representatives unable to locate safety deposit keys. The legal matters proceeded eventually, but the first weeks were consumed by searching rather than acting.

Page Lagoonway was founded on a simpler premise: if the account holder prepares a clear briefing file while they are able, the representative’s burden decreases substantially. We are document preparers and facilitators — not attorneys, accountants, or financial advisers.

Our Team

• Soo-yeon Han — Managing Director. Oversees every briefing file from initial consultation to binding.
• Jae-wook Lim — Records Coordinator. Photographs, indexes, and labels physical materials.
• Eun-ji Baek — Client Liaison. Schedules sessions and coordinates representative orientations.

Working Approach

We meet clients at our Wonju office or, for clients within Gangwon Province, at their home. Sessions are unhurried. We type inventory pages while you confirm details aloud, reducing the risk of transcription errors. Nothing is bound until you approve every section.

We maintain strict confidentiality. Briefing files remain in our secure cabinet between sessions and are handed directly to you or your representative — never posted or stored in shared cloud folders unless you explicitly request encrypted digital copies.

Relationship to the Community

We participate in occasional estate-planning information evenings hosted by Wonju community centres. These events are educational only; we do not solicit clients during presentations. Several local funeral directors refer families to us when they notice disorganised records — we treat those referrals with discretion.

Values

Clarity over completeness. A readable file with eighty percent of your accounts documented is more useful than a perfect file never finished.

Respect for family dynamics. We remain neutral when siblings disagree about representatives or access. Our role is documentation, not mediation.
